   4 Implants. You get the nasty scars around the nipples and under the breast from breast augementation surgery. Clearly, the hair on his manly enhanced breasts is growing in funky because of the scars. I’m sad. I’m sad when women get breast augmentation surgery and even sadder that he did. He’s sad too. Look at his face. He’s wishing he had something more to offer the world that pumped up man tits and huge musclely arms. But he doesn’t. Coz he can’t read. I think I’m gonna cry. It’s all so sad.
