Dreams are freaky chicky. Sometimes you start all calm and then it morphs into something that makes you scared and you don’t know why.
P.S. Benedryl is of the devil. That shit messes me up

I have panic dreams, frightening, horrific, frozen in place, painful panic dreams if I overheat at night. It took me a while to figure this out. You will never see me sleep in long sleeves–not that you’ll ever see me sleep–and sweatshirt (trapped?) are the worst.

It may have been the Benadryl, Bam.
